Automatically Cut Shingles or Stacks in Half
Separate Stacks & Merge Back Into Single Lane

  • 3 Machines in 1 - The CutMerge-SS indexes product into position, then the product is cut in half, the
next section separates the two stacks by stopping one section of the belts and letting the other run
freely. By doing this, we now have two separate stacks of product. The final section slides back and
forth, positioning the two stacks back to the center of the production flow.

      • Rugged stainless steel construction - sanitary wash down construction - Built to USDA specifications.
      • Servo controlled - The CutMerger-SS utilizes the latest control technology to achieve greater speed
        and accuracy.
      • Programmable - All settings in the controller are saved to a product number for instant recall.
      • Extra output relays available to integrate other equipment such as:
      • Cutters
      • Conveyors
      • Printers
      • Labelers

          • Cost savings through reductions in labor and repetitive type injuries and reduced maintenance costs.
The CutMerger-SS is a rapid pay back investment on labor savings alone.
          • Product quality - Eliminates all the manual handling of product as normally associated with the
            "other" machines on the market.
            • Sanitation - The CutMerge-SS is very easy to clean and sanitize.
            • Faster - Increases line output
            • Compact - The CutMerge-SS saves on floor space by only being a little over 10' long.
